This row is **test/environment evidence**, not a published customer profile.

## Actions

Modifier exists. **Create additional agencies as a B2B portal:** live copy says unique agency, **not** a multi-tenant PMS. Phase 7 comment in `TeamPage.php`: no Nuitee Team Management API.

## Workflow (confirmed)

Plugin activation creates/uses agency id **1**. Users linked in `alya_hs_agency_users` with roles `alya_agency_admin` / `alya_agency_staff`.

## Pricing / commission

Global margin is **not** per-agency in the tested overlay (0 rules). `default_commission` stored on agency table, **not used** by `PricingEngine`. `VERIFIED IN CODE`

## Payment methods

Not on this list UI. Agent book banner lists traveler card / agency card / LiteAPI wallet. **No wallet balance** on this page.

## Wallet

**No Alya prepaid wallet UI.** `credit_tx` has no INSERT. `NOT IMPLEMENTED` as a ledger.
